Description:
Nine-month, non-tenure-track appointment beginning August 1, 2024. Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in elementary/general music methods and additional undergraduate and graduate courses in areas of expertise. Supervise graduate-level research. Coordinate field experience courses and supervise elementary and middle school music student teachers/interns. Qualifications: Required: 
Doctorate or ABD in Music Education. Successful teaching experience in K-12 schools. Training/experience with the basic instructional methodologies of elementary/general music (e.g., Orff, Kodaly, Dalcroze).
Preferred:  
Successful teaching experience in higher education; expertise in multicultural music education, qualitative research, and/or music education technology.
