Cornell College, a private undergraduate liberal arts college, is seeking a part-time Lecturer in Economics and Business beginning Fall 2024. A Master's degree is preferred. Experience as an entrepreneur and in the study of entrepreneurship is required. Experience teaching entrepreneurship is strongly preferred.
Course and term dates: ECB 251: Introduction to Entrepreneurship (Block 2: 9/23/24-10/16/24)-This course provides an introduction to the study of how business enterprises are created and revitalized. It is intended for anyone interested in starting a business or working for an entrepreneurial company. In particular, this course focuses on identifying and evaluating winning opportunities for new business, while also providing an overview of the financial, marketing, organizational, and managerial tools and methods that entrepreneurs use when creating and shaping both for-profit and non-profit enterprises.

Our academic calendar allows us the freedom to take students off-campus without impinging on other course commitments. In addition, class size is limited to 25 students, and upper-level courses are often smaller.
