• Ensure model and target apartments are ready for show• Complete lease forms and collect rental deposits• Market the property effectively by answering questions and conducting tours• Maintain resident and property files• Handle resident requests and complaints• Develop and maintain resident retention program• Conduct outreach marketing• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude• Regularly shop competitive properties• Distribute updated informational material
Requirements
• Property leasing, sales, or customer experience• Ability to meet and exceed sales objectives• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends• Excellent follow-up skills• Yardi experience a plus• Microsoft Office Suite experience
