Leasing Consultant

Job summary
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing and selling properties and ensuring resident satisfaction.They must be knowledgeable about fair housing laws and SunRidge policies and procedures.The job includes marketing and leasing duties, administrative tasks, and training requirements.
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and relevant laws.• Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office.• Greet and qualify prospective residents, present the property, and answer phone calls.• Inspect models and vacancies daily to ensure cleanliness.• Complete lease applications and related paperwork accurately.• Accept rent and deposit payments.• Physically inspect the property and report any service needs.• Organize and file reports and paperwork.• Complete assigned Grace Hill courses on time.• Perform any additional duties assigned by Manager or Property Supervisor.
Requirements
• Must have knowledge of fair housing compliance laws and lease contracts.• Must attend Fair Housing Training within 90 days of employment.• Must be organized and possess basic computer skills.• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.• Must be able to perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, and climbing stairs.• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
