Responsibilities
• Leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations• Handling the signing of leases• Acting as a landlord for property owners• Ensuring model and target apartments are ready for show• Maintaining work areas, common areas, and office in a clean and orderly manner• Completing lease forms or agreements and collecting rental deposits• Effectively marketing the property by answering questions, conducting tours, and promoting community amenities• Having a thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications, and community policies• Keeping updated informational material and distributing to local businesses• Conducting out-reach marketing and maintaining an on-going resident retention program
Requirements
• High energy and a burning desire to make a real difference in people's lives• Commitment to anticipate and exceed expectations of residents and clients• Property leasing, sales, and/or customer experience• Ability to meet and exceed sales objectives• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends• Excellent follow-up skills via email and phone• Yardi experience a plus• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel• Valid Driver's License• Successful completion of a background check
