Job Description:
The following is a Job description for the Leasing Agent for Nxt Property Management (NPM). The duties and tasks of this assignment will include but not be limited to the following:
1. Understand the community's budget to help drive performance and meet monthly sales goals.
2. Organize and prepare daily move in packets and documents.
3. Process resident requests and on-site payments.
4. Knowledge of the community's floorplans, amenities, value adds and surrounding competitors.
5. Display strong communication skills, outgoing personality traits and be adaptive to change.
6. Monitor leads through-out each day both via telephone and through our online portal.
7. Coordinate monthly resident functions and put together outreach marketing plans.
Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Experience with Entrata property management software preferred
3. Previous customer service or sales experience required
4. Leasing experience is a plus
5. Excellent customer service skills
6. Great communication skills both verbal and written
7. Exceptional organizational skills required
8. Professional attire is a must
