Function description Processing/checking documentation and visa for the crew Applications of 2nd passports, seaman's booklets, and other documents Approving of travel expenses Making medical appointments Checking agency invoices Issuing work statements Prepare pin awards. Answering questions of the crew Issuing monthly reports Processing Training Certificates Requirements You are precise and take your own initiative. You are ad hoc and flexible. Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
