DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS? 21+ years of age A valid driver's license Proof of vehicle insurance Professional Licensure in good standing (or within 3-6 months of licensure) in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work fields, including but not limited to LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or appropriate state variant WHAT YOU DO AS A LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR In this role, you create, develop, and implement training programs that not only enhance career trajectories but also contribute to improved outcomes for our community. You focus on supporting staff in their career progression and equipping our administrative teams with the skills they need to streamline work processes effectively. You engage in competency and certification processes to ensure your expertise in training, teaching, and leading staff through case conceptualization.
You participate in GuideTree Service activities and efficiently manage meetings, collaborating seamlessly with agency leadership and the Youth Villages GuideTree Service Manager. Every day, you make a meaningful impact on professional development and service excellence!
