Leadership Manager

A leadership manager is responsible for educating and assisting our ales teams while creating relationships to drive their own growth. Advancement solely based on individuals performance and personal production.
What is a leadership manager responsible for?
Inside/Event sales presentation
Performance tracking with current employees
Create and update customer accounts
Resolve customer concerns
Interviewing and new hiring on boarding
Day to Day task such as managing other employees and teams

Requirements
High School diploma/ GED
1-3 years of retail/ customer service experience
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work individually or team setting
Public speaking/Communication
