Responsibilities
• Make an exceptional impression on every guest• Ensure the safety of employees and guests• Operate vehicles safely and minimize accidents• Oversee tracking of keys and vehicles in the garage• Handle guest complaints and escalate issues• Ensure all team members provide exceptional guest experiences• Maintain garage organization• Communicate with co-workers to inform organizational plans• Adhere to uniform guidelines• Lead by example and maintain a professional work area
Requirements
• Previous valet experience preferred• Proficient in English both verbally and written• Friendly and outgoing• Lead experience• Able to smile during customer interactions• Possess an upbeat personality and strong work ethic• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English• Ability to run and move quickly• Ability to organize cars efficiently• Ability to stand for long periods of time• Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs• Be at least 18 years of age• Possess a valid Driver's License• Pass a criminal background check and RMV check• Ability to create relationships with customers• Be organized• Clean driving record deemed insurable by current insurance provider
