Lead Test Technician As our Lead Test Technician, you will perform equipment calibration and testing for our product development team, perform a variety of tasks relating to the testing of PacStar's manufactured products and manufacturing process, and you will lead our testing and program inspections.

/> Your Challenge: Determine and develop test specifications, methods, and procedures from engineering blueprints, drawings, and diagrams



Conduct MIL-STD testing for development projects, perform similar testing for failure analysis purposes on existing products



Document the review and evaluation of in-process rejections and trends



Prepare technical reports and product verification documentation



Recommend corrective action as appropriate



Perform calibration of measuring and testing equipment



Assist in the areas of predictability, manufacturing processing, and equipment and process improvement as needed



May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment



May complete rework on assemblies or systems as a result of testing



Other duties as assigned



What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in defense or aerospace test supporting hardware engineering teams or similar



Familiarity with electrodynamic shakers, radiated emissions testing and thermal chambers



Exposure to MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461 or medical device testing experience



Two year technical degree preferred



Strong experience with electronic measurement and test equipment



Strong experience working in a manufacturing environment



Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a personnel security clearance
