Client Site Industry  Lead Product Coordinator.
Job  Title: Shift Leader 
Pay Rate: $18.00 P/H
Schedule (Days and Time): Mon–Fri (6:00am – 6:00pm)
GENERAL PURPOSE Ensure compliance with assigned production orders with the best efficiency. Responsible for the management of production employees, utilities, process technicians and maintenance, in a manufacturing and assembly environment. Plans and assigns work, makes recommendations for improvements in production methods, cost savings and operating procedures. Responsible for ensuring that all employees operate safely and follow all policies and procedures. 
Job Duties/Responsibilities  Ensure shift production targets and quality standards are met. Plans, assigns and supervisor workflow for production, utility, process and mechanical employees. Ensure that all employees perform their duties safely. Coordinate start-ups, stops and production changes. Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Monitor performance measures (KPIs) and provide periodic progress reports to production management. Address performance issues and discipline employees as needed. Participate in scheduled Supervision and Management meetings. Prepare analysis of activities and shift closures on request. Review/Approve employee PTO records. Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. Other assigned functions. Skill: Management of personnel / work teams. Easily adapt to changes in the work environment, effectively manage demands, changes, delays, and unexpected events. Strong math skills. Ability in the management of computerized systems, programs.
