We seek a highly skilled Software Developer with a high degree of ownership to join our team as a Lead Software Development Engineer (SDE 3). You will be responsible for the design and implementation of software features. You will provide mentorship and engineering thought leadership to promote standards and best practices for delivering high-quality software products.

Ensure the technical feasibility of designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct thorough and constructive code reviews, offering clear and actionable feedback to team members to ensure the development of high-quality, maintainable code. Actively contribute to a collaborative team environment by promoting open communication, sharing insights, and fostering a culture of mutual support to enhance team collaboration. Foster a knowledge-sharing culture to elevate individual expertise, ultimately increasing team proficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain high-quality code by adhering to best practices, conducting rigorous testing, and continuously seeking code optimization and improvement opportunities. Create and maintain comprehensive and clear software design documentation, ensuring that architectural decisions, system components, and integration points are well-documented to facilitate understanding and future development. Design solutions focusing on flexibility, scalability, and extensibility, incorporating best practices to ensure adaptability to evolving requirements and seamless integration of new features. Implement software designs strongly emphasizing maintainability, employing clear coding standards, modular structures, and documentation to facilitate easy troubleshooting, updates, and long-term sustainability. Champion the development of secure software by implementing robust security measures, conducting thorough risk assessments, and staying abreast of industry best practices to create resilient and safeguarded software solutions. Execute thorough software unit testing protocols, ensuring the reliability and functionality of code through the creation and execution of test cases, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, bug-free software. Display excellent communication and coordination skills, ensuring seamless information flow within and across teams, fostering collaboration, and contributing to efficiently executing projects and tasks. Basic Qualifications:??
5+ years of full-stack web application development experience. 5+ years of experience programming with at least one software programming language such as C#, Python, Java, or React. 5+ years of non-internship full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.?3+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems experience? Experience mentoring an engineering team, being tech lead, or leading/managing an engineering team.? Experience in leading the design, implementation, and successful delivery of large-scale, critical, or difficult software efforts involving significant work.? Experience using DevOps tools to manage build and release pipelines. Experience deploying Cloud Technologies such as Docker, Chef, and Terraform. Experience managing Cloud Platforms such as AWS or Azure.? Experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to discuss requirements, describe software product features, write technical designs, and discuss product strategy.? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.?3+ years working in agile environments utilizing Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban. Preferred Qualifications:?
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.? Experience working in the Digital Security Space. Success Criteria?
