Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to comprehend project requirements and deliver high-quality web application implementations.
Develop impactful features and fixes for enterprise-level web applications, primarily focusing on back-end development using technologies such as .NET, C#, and SQL.
Coordinate seamlessly with front-end developers to integrate their deliverables with Content Management Systems (CMS) like Sitecore.
Ensure thorough testing and remediation alongside Quality Assurance (QA) team members, including the development of unit tests.
Maintain accurate documentation and updates in project management platforms to provide clear insights into ongoing tasks.
Assist in refining user stories from a back-end development perspective and provide estimates for project tasks.
Engage in direct communication with clients to address technical aspects of the application and facilitate understanding of errors or new features.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective meetings.
Identify areas for process improvement within internal workflows and propose actionable solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in enterprise-level web application development as a back-end developer.
Proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL, and MVC.
Extensive experience with CMS platforms like Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or WordPress.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on analytical thinking and time management.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
Experience in writing unit tests and resolving security vulnerabilities.
Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and 3rd party integrations troubleshooting.
