Responsibilities
• Execute field sales campaigns to grow clients' accounts• Provide customer service, set prices, promote services, and create upselling opportunities• Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management• Track competitors' tactics and maintain positive relationships with vendors and customers• Utilize sales systems and drive overall sales• Plan and implement initiatives, policies, and procedures
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration or related field• Previous customer service/cashier experience in a retail environment• High School Diploma or equivalent• Self-starter with ownership mindset, adaptable, resilient, and able to work independently• Ability to interact with diverse personalities
