Lead Pre-K Teacher

Summary
Kids & Cribs is seeking a full-time pre-kindergarten teacher for a four- and five-year-old classroom. Prior preschool teaching experience is required. Duties Maintain at a minimum a 3 Star level classroom Implement Creative Curriculum Develop weekly lesson plans and monthly newsletter Conduct observations and assessments Perform ASQ screenings, as needed Schedule twice annual parent teacher conferences Possess strong classroom management skills Ability to lead and direct assistant teachers Responsible for maintaining classroom resources and completing classroom assessments using ECERS Attend required staff meetings Requirements High School Diploma. CDA or ECE Degree preferred. Current Negative TB Test Pass a state and federal background check Ability to work an early shift and stay later if needed, on occassion Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Job requires lifting, bending, reaching, and requires ability to see and hear clearly. Nice To Haves Degree in Early Childhood Education.
