You will be responsible for assisting guests with their personal needs, maintaining a comprehensive product knowledge, and consistently delivering the highest level of customer service. In this role, you will also provide guidance and leadership to our team of pharmacy technicians.Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.Provide guidance, training, and ongoing development for the team.Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.Educate members about product options, effects, and benefits to help them make informed choices.Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations governing cannabis dispensary operations.Assist in monitoring inventory levels and restocking products as needed.Address and resolve any member issues or concerns with empathy and professionalism.Collaborate with management to find effective solutions to operational challenges.Position Requirements:You must have had an active Pharmacy Technician registration in the state in which you are applying within the past five (5) years and is or was in good standing at the time their registration lapsedHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceRetail, cash handling and Point of Sales (POS) experience requiredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office.
