The Lead Pastor, together with the elders, is responsible for the oversight and spiritual welfare of the church. The ideal Lead Pastor candidate will show the following skill sets: The ability to show discernment when making decisions: be able to work in a collaborative team environment; and demonstrate a working rapport with a diverse group.
The desired candidate will have 5 - 10 years experience in church ministry roles preferred. Additionally, will have Administrative, Vision Casting, Team Building, Collaborative Style in communicating with teams, and Mentoring current and next generation leaders.
At this time, Crossroads offers a 10:00am Sunday morning worship service, featuring a mixture of traditional and contemporary worship styles. Crossroads Church is non-denominational with an average weekend attendance of 200.
Compensation: $55,00 - $80,000 plus benefits
