Revolution is hiring a Lead Operator to support its Oakdale, MN location. This role is a hands-on position leading stretch-film production line(s). The successful candidate will be involved in the production, product inspection, stocking, packaging, and labeling operations.
Set up the production line(s) and ensure quality meets customer expectations. Perform change overs on the production lines according to customer orders. Observe operation of machines and report equipment concerns to the appropriate supervisor to ensure continuous product flow. Assist production team with cleaning and organization of manufacturing areas. Handle products according to customer specifications and the company's production standards. Ensure a safe and orderly work environment and comply with all established safety guidelines. Other duties as assigned. Prior production and/or manufacturing experience. Ability to read and interpret measurements using a tape measure. Essential reading and writing skills are required. Team player willing to take on additional responsibility as needed to meet customer orders and expectations. Dependable, fast learner with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
