What you’ll be a part of:Circle’s Product Strategy and Operations team performs internal strategy consulting & drives execution across the full breadth of the business. It is tasked with defining market landscapes and problem spaces, and developing research, analysis and recommendations across the most important strategic questions. The Monetization team sits within Product Strategy and Operations and is a key evergreen focus area for the team. Circle operates across almost every layer in the “crypto stack”, building business applications, SaaS solutions, stablecoins, and chain level infrastructure. The Monetization team focuses on building short and long term strategies to capture that value creation while also using pricing and incentive strategies as a vector for network growth and ensuring the organization is set up for effective execution of those strategies.What you’ll work on:Partner with Product Managers, Business Development and other cross functional teams to develop monetization strategies for new and existing productsBecome internal subject matter expert on existing and evolving business models across various crypto categories including chains, infrastructure providers, platforms, applications and more. Support commercial strategy for growth partnerships and design partners Build short term and long term financial models to assess pricing strategy P&L impactConduct market research and analyze competitors monetization strategiesWork with Product Managers and Engineers to scope technical requirements Pitch, debate and drive decisions for monetization and incentives with senior leadership Work across range of internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness for monetization and incentive strategiesWhat you'll bring to Circle:7+ years of relevant experience in Monetization, Strategy, Strategic Finance or related fieldCrypto or fintech experience preferredFinancial modeling experienceExperience supporting deals, especially “first of kind”Experience building scalable frameworks and processesPersonable and comfortable communicating across a wide range of stakeholdersComfortable working with senior leadership and executivesThrives in unstructured environments and brings order to chaos.Ambitious, independent operator with desire to grow into business strategy responsibilityAdditional Information:This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.Circle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. We consider a wide variety of elements when crafting our compensation ranges and total compensation packages.Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.Base Pay Range: $145,000 - $192,500Annual Bonus Target: 15%Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
