Dare to make an impact? YOUR ROLE The Lead Maintenance Partner is a blended role between the Maintenance Partner and the Team Lead, both of which are focused on providing support to the team.
Executes the operational plan of an enginee ring task based on engineering designs and work specifications Sets up or adjusts complex equipment according to manufacturing specifications Troubleshoot and maintain various types of production operation equipment including but not limited to: motors, conveyors, electrical systems, CNC machinery, pneumatic tools and hydraulic equipment Provide ongoing partnering and coaching to the team members and line owner on how to effectively implement and utilize autonomous maintenance activities, preventative maintenance planning and execution and operational effectiveness improvements Partner with the team to enable the team to identify trends and address equipment needs utilizing maintenance reports, creating summary presentations and daily activity logs YOUR SKILLS High School Diploma or GED required Advanced technical or college training preferred Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance or equivalent education Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Successful completion of Level 2 Mtc Assessment Ability to work C shift (5:45am-6am, rotating days) in Logistics The salary for this role is $32.68 - 45.39. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
