This food service position has a flexible schedule and works between our business hours of 6:30 am - 4:30 pm, 7 days a week .

YOUR LIFE AS A LEAD LINE CHEF As a Lead Line Chef in the food service industry, you provide essential support for our restaurant's head cook while offering guidance to other members of our kitchen staff. WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR LEAD LINE CHEF High school diploma OR equivalent Experience cooking from scratch in a fast-paced restaurant Current Texas food handler certification 18+ years of age 6+ months of kitchen leadership experience in a professional setting Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing throughout the shift and lifting up to 35 pounds Open availability seven days a week Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
