Accurately testing, identifying, repairing, resolving, and documenting end user technical issues regarding basic network/desktop/laptop support.2. Break-fix, troubleshoot and resolve software issues; Reimaging computers/hard drives3. IMACD function including installation and decommission4. Backing up and restoring user data, settings and associated systems administration activities5. Assist ServiceDesk/Remote Desktop Support teams for hands and feet coordination efforts6. Assist on Incident and Problem management activities7. Taking ownership of issues through to resolution on all appropriate requests8. Categorize and prioritize end user support requests (Incidents) and service requests by utilizing ticketing system to track tickets and provide up-to-date status and information9. Move equipment associated with escalated help desk incidents and service requests10. Performing asset inventory activities as needed11. Recommends and/or performs upgrades on systems to ensure longevity12. Works with procurement staff to purchase hardware and software13. Maintain spare parts/ inventory list on a monthly basis and coordinate for any disposal requisites14. Provide trade show planning and support, setup, test, training, logistics and maintenance of all required Workstation and peripheral equipment at the site. Incremental labor and incidental travel expenses shall be funded by Customer (e.g. meals, travel, and lodging) in accordance with the Agreement15. Be available for Oncall support during afterhours as and when necessary16. Adhere to ticket response and resolution SLA's as agreed upon with the customer17. Basic understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing and sub netting & Basic understanding of fixing Wireless LAN, Ethernet desktop configuration issues18 Support during Town Halls, Board Meetings, Executive Conferences, Auditorium Meetings.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:Not Applicable-NAWORKING CONDITIONSThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the person assigned to this position. Employees holding this position will be required to perform any other job-related duties as requested by management.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):Education:Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.Experience:• At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area required• Technicians should have good knowledge on Hands and Feet• Strong Microsoft Operating System installation and troubleshooting skills• Strong Break / Fix skills Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks and Printers and Handhelds• Broad experience of IT with basic understanding of Networks, Servers and Telecoms• Strong Customer service skills• Ability to provide consistent, excellent customer support to entire staff, representing a variety of personalities and management levels• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Must be detail oriented and self-motivating• Background security check required• Experience including remote control of PCs and video conferencing knowledgeExperience with working in medical or pharmaceutical field Experience with following "Standard Operating Procedures" (SOP).The starting compensation for this job is a range from $75,000 - $95,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and the where the job is performed.Final individual compensation will be decided based ondemonstrated experience.For more on benefits, please visit:https://careers.bms.com/working-with-usEligibility for specific benefits listed on our BMS Careers site may vary based on the job and location.If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn't perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
