Responsibilities This is a full time remote position within the United States.
The Lead Systems Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the release management lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating, and the management of releases across the enterprise for multiple applications across various portfolios. The releases can be inclusive of application updates, operating system patches, security improvements, hardware upgrades, Projects, and Programs. The Lead Systems Analyst will also take on the roles of Scrum Guide, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and promoting an Agile mindset within the teams.
Plan and implement release schedules in coordination with the IT team and business stakeholders. Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews. Produce Deployment, Run Books, and Implementation Plans. Communicate release details and schedules to the Business and Downtimes to the IT Team as required. Lead and coordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists. Develop scripts and automation tools used to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various platforms. Maintain a release repository and manage key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and Scrum values and principles. Identify and remove impediments to the progress of the project. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications Required:
Master's degree in Business Administration and 7 years technology or business administration experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 9 years technology or business administration experience, OR Associates degree in Business Administration and 11 years technology or business administration experience.
Other qualifications: Preferred Bachelor's degree would be in Information Technology, Business Management or related field.Excellent communication, organization, problem solving and facilitation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills including conflict resolution.
Demonstrated history of continuing education in personnel and administrative processes.
Strong understanding of financial concepts, business process, continuous improvement and organizational development.
Experience working in healthcare technology.
Experience with committee and consensus driven organizations.
Experience in Accounting, Vendor Relations and Project Management.One or more of the following: Accounting certification, Quality Assurance certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, portfolio management or business certification from a nationally-recognized governance body or accredited collegiate program preferred. Additional Preferred Experience:
Excellent communication, organization, problem solving and facilitation skills.  Excellent interpersonal skills including conflict resolution. Demonstrated history of continuing education in personnel and administrative processes. Strong understanding of financial concepts, business process, continuous improvement and organizational development. Experience working in healthcare technology. Experience with committee and consensus driven organizations. Experience in Accounting, Vendor Relations and Project Management.
