Job Title - Pro* C Lead
Location Irving, TX

Job Description
Extensive experience with pro*c including experience in core c language features including c structures and other programing constructs.
Participate in war rooms and work as a team on regression testing.
Reprocess the requests received from requestors, run the batch script and provide the result logs to the requestor.
Keep track of issues showed up in the release for POS backend for CXP.
Update the status in the daily sync up calls and inform the blockers if any.
Research code modules and batch job calls made within the code to understand the flow for the process. Review the production log and analyze the flow with regard to function calls and files being used.
Run the queries used by the batch job and use this result as an input to feed the next sql queries. Provide the information requested by the migration team lead with regard to POS backend modules with necessary research.
Experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation including experience in an Agile environment.
Extensive experience with C, Pro*C including experience in core C language features including C structures and other programing constructs.
Experience in a variety of hardware / software platforms including HP-UX, Solaris, Linux. Must be able to understand the differences in architecture and how data is stored in each of those environments.
Hands on experience on Unix commands and scripts.
Hands on experience in writing complex SQL queries, database design and exposure to Oracle RDBMS.
Understand various debugging methodologies and analyze core dump files to troubleshoot production issues.
Experience with Shell programming.
