ABOUT THE ROLE This is a full-time position based in Portland, OR. Shifts can vary between 8, 10, and 12-hour days, with the potential for overtime. Adaptability and flexibility are crucial as you work with project timelines and client needs.
As a Lead HVAC Installer, your day begins with guiding your team through residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects. You take charge, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met. As you work with your team, you efficiently handle heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, offering exceptional service to our customers. From solving problems on the spot to keeping detailed records of your work, you play a key role in making our customers' lives more comfortable.
