Our Ideal Candidate: 6+ years of residential HVAC Install experience Clean background/drug test Valid driver's license and a good driving record. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. Experience: 6 months experience in HVAC install and service Skills: Superior communication skills with customers Education: High school diploma or equivalent Requirements 6+ years of residential HVAC Install experience Communicate with the appropriate party to ensure that job/tasks are completed while providing the customer with world class experience. Complete authorized repairs in a timely and professional manner Diagnose HVAC problems and provide a resolution.
