We are seeking to hire additional HVAC Lead Installers for our growing company. Our Leadership team has a combined business experience of over 40 years! We proudly service the Polk County area and Lakeland, FL!

$80,000 – $120,000+ annually (Performance Based)!

Scope of work as lead HVAC Installer with us:
Perform installations following the installation checklist
Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
Follow all safety guidelines that apply
Work with and train any installation helpers assigned to work with you
Keep the customer informed of what you are doing, when you are doing it, and how it will be done
Ensure that all requests for installations have been closed out and completed
Keep Install Manager informed of any problems/issues that may arise
Learn product features and benefits
Follow proper procedures for obtaining purchase orders, material recycling, etc
Maintain required equipment and inventory in the truck for maximum efficiency
Maintain positivity, problem solving initiative and professional for our amazing staff and clients!

Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Prior HVAC installation experience in a Senior or Lead role (with at least 3+ years of total HVAC installation experience)
Experience overseeing less experienced technicians and ensuring their work is done efficiently and with a high quality standard
Excellent organization, planning, and follow through abilities
