City Las Vegas State NV Shift Varies Type of Shift Full Time Department Food & Beverage Lead Host/Cashier Arizona Charlie's Boulder (Las Vegas, NV) Description: Summary: Ensures exceptional guest service is provided to guests at all times and handles all elevated complaints or concerns. Oversees the restaurant operation during the absence of the manager. Assist in seating, keeping the outlet clean, and preparing the outlet for service. Follow pre-determined service standards to ensure a positive guest dining experience. Essential Functions: + Monitors staff to ensure outstanding guest service is being provided to guest and handles any guest concerns or complaints + Handles escalated guest issues and employee relations + Work with minimal supervision + Inspect tables and stations, ensuring that all set ups meet the department standards. Check throughout meal period.
