You will play a critical role in driving future gameplay features and leading other engineers in the process.In this role, you willMentor and coach other engineers, making everyone around you betterEnsure the technical approach being proposed for a given feature satisfies both the surface-level and deeper, engineering-specific requirementsPrototype and iterate on features and ensure high-quality user experiences across all platforms we supportBe a primary hub for communication and information that other disciplines can come to for guidanceWrite robust, maintainable codeWhat we're looking forExperience developing games professionally, and shipping AAA titlesAn analytical mind, with strong problem-solving skillsStrong C++ skills and the ability to code and architect gameplay mechanics and toolsWell-versed in games and the ability to articulate what is strong/weak about the design of existing gamesExperience with or desire to work in a live game environmentSelf-motivated, strong work ethic, and able to work independentlyCreativity in problem-solving and the ability to think outside of the established solutionsKeen interest in music and music gamesExperience writing multiplayer gameplay systems is a plusEPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFEOur intent is to cover all things that are medically necessary and improve the quality of life.
