The Role:
We are looking for a talented Lead Front End Developer to join our growing Tech Holding family. You will be working with internal stakeholders, engineers, designers, and other technologists across the business. The position requires the candidate to have extensive experience with Vue.js and Nuxt.js, with a strong focus on server-side rendering, componentization, and performance optimization.
What you will do:
Lead the front end development team in building and maintaining scalable web applications using Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement front end features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Develop and maintain reusable components and front end libraries for future use.
Implement server-side rendering to enhance application performance and SEO.
Troubleshoot and fix bugs, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.
Required Skills:
5+ years of front end development experience, with a strong focus on Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
Proven experience with server-side rendering in Nuxt.js.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front end build pipelines and tools.
Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting in web applications.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to take ownership of your code and ensure that the acceptance criteria is verified before sending the ticket to QA.
Willingness to travel to meet clients as needed.
Nice to have Skills:
Experience with other front end frameworks and libraries.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Understanding of back end technologies and full stack development.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant years of work experience
