We are always on the lookout for future-oriented talent – want to join the ride? The Lead PE's responsibilities are managing the triple constraint for projects, which are cost, time, and scope. PE also is responsible for: the design (including scope and cost estimation), installation (including management of external resources) and initial support of allocated projects.
Responsibilities: Assist Senior Program Manager to prepare competent project offer, specifically focus on technical solution, scope of supply, necessary resources for project deployment, schedule, risks, and cost. Ensure all areas of project management activities from the beginning to the end of the project, which includes:  Procurement and contractor's management, activity coordination with operational and logistic departments. Project scope of supply planning, verification (FAT, SAT, etc.) and delivery. Project schedule planning and control. Project costing budget planning and control; cooperation with financial department.  Project communication management including the delivery of project expectations, tasks, needs and progress reports to project team and the defined stakeholders in timely and clear fashion.  Project risk planning, assessment and control, pre-emptive and corrective actions to mitigate or minimize potential risks impact. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.  Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.  Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Escalate changes which affect project cost or payment milestones to Project Sponsor, plan countermeasures.  Close project, conduct project evaluation, identify and report most successful and unsuccessful project elements for knowledge base. Adhere to internal company and functional policies and procedures.   Performing allocated works: Installation, participation in FAT/SAT, local coordination of works with customer's representatives and other suppliers. Project technical specification and scope of supply preparation and review.  Identification and evaluation of technical solutions, preferred models and vendors for 3d party equipment which is to be used within the scope of supply. Performing customer support by email, phone and on-site, participation in customer visits. Performing quality control of completed job. Continuous improvement of his professional competence Qualifications Higher technical education; BSc or above. Technical apprenticeship and/or relevant BS degree and/or applicable IT/Electronics certification. Deep and broad experience with IT environments, including network, computers, Operating Systems, and related technologies. English spoken and written incl., technical English Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, IT hardware and tools. Skills in CAD, Visio, XML an advantage. Experience required 5+ years' experience in project management in a systems integration environment. Prior experience supporting Navy or NAWCTSD programs is highly desirable. Contingent upon contract award Candidates must be a US citizen with the ability obtain and retain a Common Access card Hybrid / remote work is available for candidates who are local to the Orlando offices.
