Responsibilities
• Conducting technical analysis sessions with clients• Providing technical support to the project team• Coordinating project tasks• Designing and developing platform workflow/user interface• Providing internal training and implementation support• Communicating customer specific needs to Product Management• Interacting with PMG & PD regarding new releases and functionality• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
• Expertise in technical configuration of WMS product• Hands-on experience with BY/JDA/RedPrairie WMS• Knowledge on interfaces between WMS and ERP/Host, TMS, WLM, T&T• Strong computer skills• Ability to develop and maintain relationships• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Knowledge of Azure fundamentals• Understanding of technical platforms and infrastructures
