The Lead Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service that establishes a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community. Pay: $20-$21/hr
Availability: Tuesday-Saturday 10AM-5:30PM
What will I do every day? Monitor residents, guests and or visitors coming in and out of the community Assist residents with requests as needed Take the lead in the day-to-day adiministration of the move-in and welcome process Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel Audit records and files What will I need to be successful in this role? Bring a smile to work every day Be a great team player 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred High school diploma or GED preferred What's in it for me? (Great Question!)
