Lead Countertop Installer

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Lead Installer to join our team. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing installation projects and ensuring they are completed efficiently. The candidate will need to be able to lift, load, carry and install granite and quartz. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you would be coordinating with a helper , other installers and relaying information to customers and sales people.

Responsibilities -

- Hold a valid driver's license

- Manage and lead installation projects from start to finish

- Fabricate and install various components according to specifications

- Possess positive communication and customer service skills

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on installation projects

- Proficiency in fabricating on site as needed

- Industry knowledge is requested but not required. Job training will be done accordingly.
