What you’ll be responsible for:Circle is looking for a Senior Content Designer to design outcomes that meet our customer's needs, offering them new ways to interact and engage with currency, treasury, and payment solutions. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the voice and user experience across several product areas and help establish the practice of Content Design at Circle. As part of the product design team, you’ll partner with product, legal, marketing and compliance to craft a world-class experience, achieving cohesive language and a unified voice across products and platforms that reflect our brand.What you'll work on:Collaborating with product designers to create content-rich, engaging user interfaces.Developing and implementing content style guides specific to each organization's business objective to maintain consistency across all platforms and teams.Driving an understanding of our customers and their content needs in the rapidly changing crypto and blockchain problem spaceWork with legal and compliance partners to assess risk and break down highly complex information, turning insider jargon into content that is approachable for anyone.Leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to inform both your and stakeholders’ decision-makingContributing to a growing product design team, helping install best practices and processes as we scale. Upleveling and influencing content writing across the organization.Clarifying, simplifying, and crafting natural language to define a product experience that can be rendered throughout the product - converting complex and ambiguous topics into easy-to-understand narratives. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.Senior Content DesignerBase Pay Range: $122,500 - $162,500Annual Bonus Target: 12.5%Lead Content DesignerBase Pay Range: $145,000 - $192,500Annual Bonus Target: 15%Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
