Summary of Job Duties:
The Lead Compliance Specialist serves in a leadership capacity by serving as Team Lead for the credentialing team to coordinate all accreditation compliance services to ensure compliance is met and services are provided in a timely and efficient manner. Conducts quality review of all files prior to committee review and manages the data entry processes of the credentialing team by providing quality corrections to the team and ensuring that the corrections are complete.
