Lead Client Support Associate Location Edwards, CO : We invite you to join our team! All Points North is seeking a Lead Client Support Associate in Edwards, CO. Hourly Pay: $31.50 + shift differential for nights Who We Are All Points North is a comprehensive behavioral health company just outside of Vail, CO. Broad Statement of Responsibilities: The Client Support Associate Lead oversees the day-to-day operations of the client milieu and CSA team. The CSA lead collaborates extensively with clinicians, nursing staff, hospitality, case management, and other patient caregivers and staff to ensure delivery of quality care and coordination of services. They conduct shift changes, and work closely with clinical and hospitality leadership to coordinate systems related to measuring attendance, reporting program outcomes, milieu activities and client satisfaction. The CSA lead works closely with the Client Support Manager and Director of Hospitality on special projects and communication to the CSA team and milieu. Able to work with all departments at All Points North Extensive knowledge of KIPU EMR Time-management skills Capable of making good decisions Ability to handle pressure well Ability to deal with uncertainty Education: Required; High School Diploma / GED, Q map certified Preferred; Bachelors in Social or Human Services, Humanities or Psychology Experience: 2+ years of experience working in clinical or hospitality settings with direct guest/client care, experience in clinical documentation systems Special Skills & Knowledge: Candidates should have the following skills and attributes: must be able to work and communicate well with people; be adaptable and accept changes quickly and easily; be willing to address conflict appropriately. Knowledge of scheduling and ability to train individuals on applicable topics. Basic computer skills are required with Microsoft Office Suite and KIPU, web-based products knowledge a bonus. If not QMap Certified, must complete certification within first 45 days. Regularly required to sit and work at a phone/computer workstation Able to stand for 8+ hours Able to squat, bend, kneel, and lift 50 lbs Materials & Equipment: Office equipment, computer, copy machine, iPad and company computer programs Essential Requirements: High moral and ethical values Lead by example Willingness to be open to learning and growing Exceptional communication skills Basic understanding of medical and clinical terminology Excellent organizational skills in order to ensure all patient needs are being met Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals each day Must possess a valid driver's license, appropriate references Appropriate interpersonal/personal boundaries Maturity of judgment and behavior to the standard of example setting Ability to remain flexible to accommodate changes in work schedule Position Duties and Responsibilities - Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Completes and distributes the daily census and coordinating ongoing improvement of the census and related projects Produce timely and accurate information to communicate with other department heads regarding guest and departmental needs Works closely with the case management team to ensure coordination of case management tasks including admissions and discharge Review and aggregate patient outcome and satisfaction data Ensure all EHR are in KIPU and have been signed Direct supervision of the CSA staff to ensure implementation of clinical policies and protocols Use computer software to admit and discharge patients, coordinate follow-up appointments, and refer patients to specialists as needed Delegate tasks to create efficient systems and workflows within the clinic Engages in ongoing tasks to develop policies and enhance processes and procedures, including ongoing performance improvement for clinical tasks Collaborates extensively between departments to coordinate the completion of assigned performance improvement tasks Works closely with leadership tasks on specialty projects as assigned Ability to facilitate and document experiential and psych-educational groups The above duties reflect the general details considered necessary to describe the principal work functions of the position and shall not be considered as a detailed description of all work requirements that may be in the position.
