Job summary
The Lead Cashier is responsible for guest transactions and maintaining cashwrap standards.They assist in training new cashiers and cross-training other associates.The position focuses on driving loyalty and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities
• Contribute to meeting store goals for sales, service, and loyalty.• Provide exceptional service to each guest and personalize service to their needs.• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.• Book appointments, maintain cashwrap displays, and attend events.• Support teammates and stay informed about industry trends and products.• Promote the guest loyalty program and train new cashiers.• Drive cashier accountability and participate in ongoing training.• Collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business.• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Requirements
• High school diploma preferred.• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination.• Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.• Knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.
