Responsibilities
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals• Provide exceptional service to guests• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations• Book appointments and support in-store events• Maintain cashwrap displays and supplies• Support teammates and guests• Stay informed about industry trends and products• Train new cashiers and cross-train associates• Engage and influence peers for peak productivity
Requirements
• High school diploma preferred• 2 years of relevant work experience preferred• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve• Knowledge and passion for guest service and selling• Experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
