Responsibilities
• Contribute to meeting store goals related to sales and guest loyalty• Provide exceptional service to guests by personalizing service and recommending products• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales• Book appointments for services and in-store events• Maintain cashwrap displays and supplies• Contribute to an inclusive environment• Stay informed about industry trends and products• Promote guest loyalty program and train new cashiers• Collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business
Requirements
• High school diploma preferred• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent• Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve• Knowledge and passion for guest service and selling• Experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires• Proficient with basic technology• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships• Ability to react under pressure and be flexible/adaptable
