Your Role as a Lead Business Consultant
There is never a typical day at Logic, but that's why people love it here! As a Lead Business Consultant in our Digital practice, you'll lead strategic digital transformation programs for our retail clients. In this highly visible role, you will leverage your deep expertise in ecommerce platforms, as well as digital marketing, customer experience design, and technology implementation to reimagine shopping journeys and craft innovative omnichannel solutions.

What you'll do
· Consult with clients to assess digital maturity, define digital strategies aligned with business goals, and roadmap transformation roadmaps
· Design future-state customer journeys that blend digital and physical touchpoints into seamless, unified brand experiences
· Advise on digital operating models, capabilities, processes and technologies required to deliver best-in-class customer experiences
· Lead the solution design, implementation and integration of digital platforms like ecommerce, order management (OMS), customer relationship management (CRM), product information management (PIM), master data management (MDM) and other emerging technologies
· Potentially serve as the product owner, managing backlogs, defining epics/user stories and providing oversight through delivery
· May operate in a Scrum Master capacity, facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing impediments for cross-functional teams
· Elicit and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, process mapping, use cases and techniques like jira/confluence
· Develop business cases, implementation plans and change management strategies for complex, large-scale digital initiatives
· Manage and mentor cross-functional project teams in an agile delivery environment utilizing methodologies like Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Effectively communicate recommendations and facilitate strategic decision-making with client executives
What you'll bring
· 10+ years experience delivering digital transformation programs for major retailers, ecommerce or consumer brands
· Proven expertise in ecommerce strategy, digital marketing, service design, journey mapping and human-centered design
· Deep understanding of digital consumer trends and technologies like ecommerce platforms, OMS, mobility, AI/ML, etc.
· Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms like VTEX, SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, Spryker, Commercetools, Shopify
· Background implementing and integrating solutions like ecommerce, OMS, PIM, MDM, CRM etc.
· Experience with agile tools like Jira/Confluence and methodologies like Scrum, Kanban and SAFe
· Skilled in organizational change management, process re-engineering and program/project management
· Excellent client-facing communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities
· Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex business problems

· Occasional travel may be required for corporate or client events
