Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Accountability Specialist to join the HR Governance team.This role provides consulting support for a specific HR enterprise-wide Governance program.The candidate will work closely with HR, Compensation, Performance Management, Risk, and Compliance.

Responsibilities
• Provide consulting/oversight over HR governance standards to ensure compliance with requirements and alignment with enterprise-wide HR Governance programs• Drive HR Governance program objectives and ensure effective end to end process execution• Develop responses to internal and external requests related to HR Governance risk and compliance• Ensure performance management outcomes have been documented to meet company, audit, and regulatory requirements• Provide critical consulting and credible challenge, when needed, to key stakeholders• Establish and maintain relationships with enterprise human resources, risk, and control partners to develop efficient and consistent practices
Requirements
• 5+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment and can take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability• End to end management of a large HR programs, including process improvement• Ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of management• Experience with Workday• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities• Experience with HR risk and regulatory compliance programs in the financial services industry• Proven experience handling extremely confidential information• Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs• Experience with enterprise compensation programs
