Your day-to-day:Synthesize our and third party data into actionable insights that inform enterprise priorities i.e., dealer experience, shopper behavior, marketing performance, customer value delivery, etc. Clearly communicate these recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives, collaborating to achieve and measure project success.Independently lead the development of new insights Create compelling, intuitive stories to enable the business with critical insightsExtract and analyze data through Amplitude, Google Analytics, Tableau, AWS Redshift, Python, and/or R.Experience & Education:4+ years professional experience in an analyst-type role (required)Familiarity with data and analytics including digital analytics (required)Experience with statistical analysis and modeling a plusRequired Technical Skills:Advanced skills and knowledge of the following:Digital analytics tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics.Experience working with raw clickstream data a plus (Adobe or Google BigQuery).SQLData visualization tools such as Tableau (preferred), Power BI, Looker, Domo, or R-ShinyPreferred Technical Skills:R or Python A/B testing tools (Optimizely, Split, Adobe Target, etc.) and effective test design (establishing sample sizes, statistical significance measurement, etc.)About You:Bias toward action and collaborative problem solving Builder of strong cross-functional partnerships, leveraging data to influence without authorityA curious mind with a thirst for discovery, answers, optimization, and continuous improvementCan easily organize and analyze large, varied sets of data and distill into actionable insightsActive listener with the ability to ask the right questions to understand the business problem and identify the analysis approachExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate findings across multiple levels within the organization#LI-SY #LI-REMOTE
