Pay starts at $19.00; a higher pay rate may be available if you have relevant experience. $1/hr. increase after 90 days and positive review. There is a weekly driver bonus for qualified individuals. We work Monday-Friday starting at 7:30 am (the length of the day varies based on the weather & job). The typical workweek is 40-50+ hours w/ overtime pay available. There is a potential for weekend/holiday work when poor weather shows its face. You don't need any experience; you need to be willing to learn. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Mowing lawns. Operating a backpack blower. Operating a weed whip. Help your Crew Leader complete the assigned tasks for the day. A willingness to fill in wherever needed as roles change seasonally. Requirements include, but are not limited to: It would be best if you had reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to actively work on feet for the entire day. Ability to remain positive & professional, even when you're tired. Availability that allows working long days during peak season. Anyone interested in driving for us must have a valid driver's license as well as a willingness to complete driver qualification (Pass a DOT physical with a clean drug test).
