Key Responsibilities: Operate washing machines and dryers to clean residents' clothing and facility linens. Follow proper laundry procedures and maintain a schedule to ensure a constant supply of clean linens. Apply appropriate treatment to stained fabrics as required. Fold, sort, and distribute clean laundry to resident rooms and storage areas. Maintain a clean and organized laundry area. Adhere to infection control and safety policies in all laundry practices. Collaborate with the housekeeping team to manage linen inventory. Qualifications: Experience with laundry operations, preferably in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of laundry equipment and proper fabric care. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Physical capability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
