Overview: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Perform required horticultural and agronomic practices for general landscape maintenance
Perform required tasks to ensure property cleanliness
Check and/or repair of irrigation systems
Perform landscape renovations
Participate in company and/or department training meetings
Qualifications: SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to follow and complete instructions Ability to recognize and resolve repair challenges Ability to lift/push/pull heavy items (20-100 lb.) Knowledge of equipment and tools used in landscape maintenance Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel for long periods Ability to walk long distances over all types terrain; in all types of weather Attention to detail Ability to work alone with limited supervision
