Toonen Companies Inc., a regional leader in the development, construction, and management of multi-family apartment communities, is seeking a full-time Grounds Maintenance Associate to work on our ambitious grounds crew.

Mostly landscaping type work (mulching, shrub replacement, shrub pruning, grass planting, reworking shrub beds, etc.) in the summer and snow removal in the winter.
Requirements include a good attitude, good attendance, and a willingness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a variety of weather. Previous experience working on a grounds, maintenance, or landscaping crew is helpful but not required. We will train as long as you're willing to learn. Ability to operate a variety of small power equipment and/or larger landscaping equipment is also a plus but not required.
