Our ideal Landscape Enhancement/Softscape crew member is a detail-oriented and motivated individual with a passion for creating beautiful landscapes, working with intricate details, and delivering work with precision and efficiency. We offer a salary range of $17- $24/hour based on background & experience, as well as medical insurance reimbursement, a simple IRA with match, paid time off, education allowance, paid training, uniform allowance and work/life balance. 
 Qualifications for Landscape Enhancement/Softscape Crew Member: Experience installing a variety of landscape applications Proficiency in operating standard landscaping machinery such as riding mowers, trimmers, blowers, dingo, and trucks with trailers Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Consistent, dependable attendance record Willingness to work variable hours, including occasional overtime Comfortable working in various weather conditions Previous experience working for a professional landscape company (preferred) Ability to lift 50 pounds Responsibilities for Landscape Enhancement/Softscape Crew Member: Perform jobs in accordance with industry and company standards Communicate plans and production goals with crew members and clients Adhere to all safety and maintenance procedures Record expenses and crew hours worked Prepare and complete job sites Maintain a clean worksite Complete necessary paperwork and information pertaining to the job Interact with clients to ensure job satisfaction
