Landscape Design D Modeler

Due to our continued growth and success, we are looking to expand our team with additional full-time Landscape Design 3D Modeler in our Bellevue office. If you are graduating with a degree in Landscape Architecture or have experience in landscape architectural design and 3D modeling, we want to hear from you! We are seeking entry-level and advanced 3D modelers who have a passion for Landscape Architecture / AutoCAD / Rhino / Lumion and demonstrate creativity, integrity, and commitment. Skills & Preferred Requirements: Expert level proficiency in AutoCAD / Rhino/ Lumion, and be open to learning and professional growth. Landscape design experience preferred 3D modeling experience preferred Degree in Landscape Architecture or similar is preferred 1+ years of experience with design-build landscape company preferred. Primary Responsibilities: Taking already drafted Landscape Designs and creating 3D Models using AutoCAD & Rhino and rendering in Lumion. Candidates must be able to work independently, take direction from supervisors, and work well in a team atmosphere. Responsibilities will evolve and improve with increased accuracy, speed, and critical thinking. Compensation & Other Information: $56,000 - $80,000/year DOE + Benefits (Health Care, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Holidays, Vacation, and 401k)
